Providing Non-Digital Engagement Options: Recognizing that not everyone has equal access to digital technology, we offer alternative methods of participation. This ensures that individuals without technological access or skills can still have their voices heard in community decisions that affect them.
Access to Culturally Competent Materials: We provide materials that are not only translated but also culturally tailored to meet the specific needs of the Black community. This includes consideration of dialects and cultural nuances that are essential for clear and effective communication.
Building and Maintaining Trusting Relationships: Our approach goes beyond temporary engagements.
